From the Clubhouse to the Community Sphere℠
Country-club members and First Tee chapters are the heart of the community sphere — you already trust the club's vetted staff and volunteers with your family. That same trust extends to SphereUs℠ SUN Youth℠. Members can employ local teens for caddying, bag handling, event setup, and course maintenance, and refer trusted student workers they already know — with full guardian oversight, GPS safety, background checks, FLSA and labor-law compliance, and dual attestation throughout.
Organizations that you trust, that you and your neighbors already belong to, are community spheres where compliant work opportunities abound. Familiarity brings comfort — not waived scrutiny. Every SUN Youth℠ gig carries the same guardian oversight, GPS safety, FLSA and labor-law compliance, and background checks, whether the employer is a fellow member of your organization or a neighbor you're just meeting.
You trust the organizations in your community because they are pillars of your community — and you trust their vetted employees and volunteers with your children. You can trust SphereUs℠ SUN Youth℠ for all the same reasons. This is one of the many values of the sphere.
Same compliance, oversight, and safety gates apply to every gig — no posture is ever relaxed because two families share an organization.
